Fix my home
If your home needs repairs, lets in the cold, or costs too much to heat and cool, public programs can help. Most are run by your state or a local agency with federal money behind them. Each one decides who qualifies.
3FS will soon fill these out for you; for now, start here.

Not sure where to start?
If you are in a rural area, start with USDA 504. If the house is drafty or the heat is failing, start with weatherization and LIHEAP. Or ask on the home page.
3FS is not USDA, not a lender and not a broker. The agency or lender makes every decision.
